All was great, I really enjoyed all the rooms. It desplayed masterpieces of different artists and periods of time. I felt the history myself.

The history, the architecture, the mesuem, the half way arena built on top of wooden beams supports. Ontop of the advice to visit the Roman forum and Palestine hill from our trusted guide tours that saved us a hefty wait time.

Everything went exactly as expected and as described in the app. Picking up the tickets went smoothly (although, unfortunately, the system at the ticket counter crashed for a few minutes). We arrived at 5 p.m. and had enough time to see the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, and the Palatine Hill.

Buying the tickets was quick and easy; their app is very user-friendly; the audio guide was great—well narrated and full of detailed information

The entrance line could have gone better because the staff in yellow vests, when we showed them the QR code, initially said it wasn’t valid and that they didn’t know what to do; another staff member said the ticket we’d purchased was only for the audio guide, until a clearly more knowledgeable staff member directed us to the correct line (which was the one we’d joined at the start). Apart from this minor hiccup, the rest went as expected. The audio guide was helpful. Too bad the tickets to visit the dome were sold out, forcing us to wait in line inside to buy them. The basilica is uniquely beautiful and majestic!!
